I've been bringing my dogs and cats here for over a decade now. I currently have 5 dogs, and we see Dr. Wen at this practice. She is super smart, responsive, and patient. I trust her implicitly and appreciate her very high level of conscientiousness. No matter what you do in life, you should take pride in doing it well - and I think Dr. Wen exemplifies this. She's just smart - not sure how else to put it. I'd say she's probably the most competent primary vet I've ever met, and I've had dogs and cats for over 30 years. The vet techs and front desk staff are also fantastic - super nice folks and not a revolving door like I've seen in some other practices. Thankful for Vernon Woods and feel fortunate to have Dr. Wen caring for my pets.

The people are great. The vet was very informational. She made sure all my concerns Were addressed. The front office and technicians were incredible as well The reason why I gave it one star was the absurd cost for vaccines and a vet check up. I paid $380 for an examination, Distemper, Lepto, Bordetella, Rabies and flu vaccine. Save yourself some money and go to other places in the area. PAWS for example has a bundle deal To get all the core vaccines for 100 dollars. Again, this is nothing to do with the people. The price is absolutely suck

Proceed with caution. This practice is now owned by private equity and the prices are exorbitant and greedy. I love my vet and the staff has generally been fantastic, but the pricing is insulting.
