I just have to say this is an AMAZING animal hospital. I brought my cat in when he was not feeling well, Dr. Fowler walked me through all my options and ultimately let me know that the X-rays that revealed my cat would need surgery. Dr. Fowler was not just super thorough in his explanation but also kind and patient as he answered questions. Dr. Hillhouse performed the surgery the very same day and called me as soon as my cat started coming off the anesthesia to let me know everything that happened, what she found, and what next steps would be. I probably called the office at least every other day with questions and concerns about how my cat was healing, and the entire staff was more than willing to take note or answer my concerns and I could not be more thankful to the entirety of VCA Briarcliff ❤️ HIGHLY recommended this place for your loved ones

My family and I have taken our animals to Briarcliff animal hospital for over 20 years dogs and cats. We went there well before it became part of the VCA chain. We have recommended them to many people. It has always been way overpriced and we have spent thousands of dollars there; but we felt the care was more important than the price. After the inexcusable experience I had there today we will never again bring an animal to VCA Briarcliff ever again and will do all we can to discourage our friends to leave them as well.
