I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a vet, the entire team included. Refused to treat my partner's dying kitten, did not offer any referrals, alternatives, or any stabilization for said kitten. Offered absolutely nothing. Did a dig into their history and found MANY other customers had similar experience, and that hardly any of the staff are qualified. Trying to seek any help from this establishment is about the same as a death sentence for your pet. Hope you get ruined.

This is labeled as an animal hospital, yet they won’t help a dying animal or even tell the owners of that poor animal where to go to get help. I can’t imagine how many times this carelessness has lead to the loss of a soul. I understand that you might need an appointment, but at the very least you can have some empathy for others and be willing to tell them where a nearby place that could actually help is.
