They take very good care of my dogs, Boone and Barley. Boone often needs unplanned care and they always manage to get him in quickly. Much better than my previous vet in Ohio.

I initially rated this clinic 5 stars. After my recent interaction with Hannah at the front desk, the rating is now a 2. Dr. Kumar and August continue to provide excellent care, but Hannah’s conduct is unacceptable at a fundamental level. She is rude, condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional, and her behavior actively degrades the clinic’s reputation. No client-facing role should be filled by someone who speaks to customers this way. It reflects poorly on the entire practice and undermines the quality of care provided by the actual medical staff.
