No comment-just unprofessional She’s doing absolutely wonderful and thriving! I stand on what I said! Also, editing a review from several years ago is diabolical. I’m quite sure the “educated “ and wonderfully trained staff have other things to handle after reading several reviews that were made after mines. Again, my experience was terrible and I’m sad for myself that I have to relive the ordeal over again because someone there decided to edit a review from over three years ago. You guys suggested vaccinations to inflate the cost of her visit. And again, baby is doing wonderful! Healthy and thriving! With no thanks from your organization. Kindest regards,

VERY disappointed in the service of this clinic. In the beginning, everything was great. I even decided to look past the audacity of me beating the vet to her own clinic for an appointment that was scheduled that she apparently was not aware of…. but one instance of miscommunication of picking up my dog from boarding resulted in my family being called ignorant, “you can take your little dog, I don’t want to treat her anyway” that was verbatim from the vet herself, and the vet continued to speak very condensing on the phone despite the issue being handled. The lack of accountability is appalling and the disrespect and UNPROFESSIONALISM received from the DOCTOR is unacceptable! It’s clearly a reason why she’s an animal doctor and not treating humans with the NASTY attitude over something small. We loved the care for our dog, but the unprofessionalism is so unnecessary! UPDATE: after checking my statements I was also overcharged for 2 additional days that my dog did not stay for! Save your money and take your fur babies to someone that respects all walks of life. 6/25/26: As you can see from their reply, proving my point of the unprofessionalism experienced from the “doctor” and staff. For someone in business for so long, they seem to take reviews less than 5 stars very personally (which is not how you conduct a business). Yes, special arrangements were made on that Thursday, but I am sure you can understand the confusion when she arrived to pick Ruby up, and you all couldn’t have been bothered to do the most simple task of informing the staff member of the special arrangements YOU ALL APPROVED until she was already there, which prompted him to call Dr. Bryant in the first place to confirm since communication skills clearly lack in your facility! I never insulted her in regards to her care for Ruby, and no matter how educated she is nor the amount of close doctor friends she has excuses her behavior towards a simple misunderstanding. Ruby “rested like a queen” but came home smelling like piss, lethargic, and had scratches on her snout & face.. ok girl. I even did yall a favor and left out the fact that no one answered the phone the entire week when I would call to check in on Ruby! What vet doesn’t send updates for boarding animals during their stay?! I was on the phone during the entire interaction with my mother, who did apologize for her behavior… AFTER the condescending and rude behavior from Dr. Bryant via phone call, when the staff member was already handling the situation. Stop mentioning all your cameras and videos if you’re not going to post the footage along with your novel length replies. To note, I LOVE that you decided to respond to everything in my review EXCEPT overcharging me for 2 extra days that she was not with you all (since you have the video footage of the exact moments she was dropped off and picked up). Focus on your “hospital” instead of writing think pieces on google ! OR even better… maybe let’s look into some retirement options, it’s not like business is booming anyways!

Dr. Bryant is one of the nastiest and condescending people I’ve ever encountered but she is a great veterinarian and she truly saved my 16 year old cat who was on the verge of death. Work on the disgusting attitude to allow your work to shine through
