Yesterday, I took my cat here thinking she was just sick and that she would get some medicine and get better. Unfortunately that was not the case for her. Jesus needed her back❤️‍🩹 Dr. Ramirez talked me through every step, consoled me, and helped me make the educated and informed heartbreaking decision that my beautiful Ivy Belle needed me to make. He was a wonderful light in my darkest day. The staff made the experience easier, and were so accommodating to myself and my sweet cat. They helped me through everything and made it as easy as it could be. Their kindness radiated. Thank you for your knowledge and compassion.

The entire staff 20/10!!! I called to see if my issue was emergency enough to bring my dachshund in because if an allergic reaction. I told Lori/lauri what was happening and she said bring him in. The vet clinic I was going to cancelled on me an hr before our scheduled appt so of course I was expe riencing lots of emotions. The check in, short wait, interview with the vet tech and speaking with the doctor was worth it all. They really took care of us. We got antibiotics and recommended medicated shampoo and we were off! I wish they could be his permanent vet hospital since it service was that good. If ever in an emergency, this is the place to go! Highly recommended!!! My Morocco was so happy he got a treat afterwards… Meet Eyor!

Would give a solid FIVE if not for the initial person (a "tech") we encountered when bringing in our pet. She was a young black female who was definitely giving "attitude" for some reason we can only speculate on. While I was trying to explain how our pet was behaving---just trying to give some detail to help with their initial evaluation (doesn't it make sense?)---she was giving us the "I'm not really listening to you" bit. Her manner was almost snotty, again for reasons we can only guess about, as we don't generally get this when dealing with people elsewhere. But fortunately, we never saw her again and found the others there quite nice and professional, and the visit was FIVE STAR. I hope they will terminate this "tech" though. If I were the manager there, I would.
