THEY OVERCHARGE YOU! Unpleasant experience. Had an appointment at 11:30. Didn't see the Dr. until 12:30. Doc tried to overcharge me. Almost $300 for all different kind of things which were not necessary. Told him that for the treatment we need I usually pay 120 and i dont need all of the extra meds. Ridiculous that he tried to charge me more than the vet in Midtown on a Sunday. Im glad its not my first rodeo. Had plenty of pets in different countries and states. I know the prices and whats necessary. Ended up paying $120. Definitely will not go there again.

Thank you so much to Ebony and Kiya! As a first-time fur mum with an extremely sensitive and temperamental Chinese Crested, they helped me get my baby’s paw unstuck from a leash contraption. They were gentle with him and he didn’t bark/bite in the process.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Be extremely careful about costs if you bring your pet here. My biggest complaint is the lack of upfront pricing and transparency. At no point was I given a clear estimate of what the final bill would be, and the charges added up to an eye-watering amount. I understand that emergency and specialty veterinary care is expensive, but pet owners deserve to know what they are agreeing to before treatments and diagnostics are performed. Had I known the total cost in advance, I would have compared prices with other veterinary hospitals and explored other options. My advice to anyone considering this facility: insist on a detailed written estimate before authorizing treatment and don't be afraid to get a second opinion or compare prices elsewhere. A few phone calls could potentially save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars. The care may be fine, but the lack of price transparency left me feeling blindsided and frustrated.

Unfortunately my dog was attacked yesterday and our neighbor recommended this medical center for our dog to get a check up. After our experience we will never be returning. I made an appointment for 12:30pm today and arrived around 12:25pm. As soon as I walked in I filled out the forms for my dog which took no more than 10 minutes and handed into the lady at the front desk. I was shocked that all of the guest were in the waiting room with their animals instead of being given a room to wait in to avoid the animals interacting with each other. I overheard one customer discussing getting a rabies shot for her dog and another woman saw my dog and was afraid to walk through the lobby because of how large my dog was and her fear of pitbulls keep in mind my dog was sitting between my partners legs minding her own business. There were four assistants that were sitting around consumed on their phones. 1pm rolled around and we were Still in the lobby. My partner asked the lady behind the desk how long the wait would be and she said we should be getting a room soon. Around 1:10pm we were finally escorted to a room. 1:30pm and no doctor arrived but tons of laughter from the front desk. Basically went to the vets office for no reason. We finally decided to leave, I could tell my fur baby was over it and the last thing I wanted her to feel was uncomfortable especially everything that happened in the last 24 hours. The rooms aren’t the cleanest & the staff seemed unprofessional.
